Level 1 is where your body stops being a mystery and starts being something you understand.
The mini courses gave you something real.
You went deeper into specific systems. Why stretching alone does not create lasting change. Why foam rolling is only half the process. How breath mechanics drive tension throughout the body. You tested. You reset. You retested. And something shifted.
But the mini courses are focused.
They address specific systems in isolation. Stretching. Rolling. Breath. Each one is a meaningful piece of the picture.
Level 1 is the complete picture.
Six modules that work through every major system your body uses to organize itself. Breath. Core. Vision. Balance. Recovery and Regulation. And a Surprise Baseline in Module 6 that connects all of them in a way that is difficult to describe before you experience it.
The mini courses showed you that isolated wins are possible. Level 1 shows you why they happen and how to create them consistently across your whole body.
"If you haven't tried Joe's approach, you cannot say you've tried everything. You look at it in such a different lens than anybody else. You make connections that traditional PTs, medical doctors, or massage therapists don't make. Nobody had ever looked at me that way. Nobody."
Catherine is a chiropractor. She adjusts people for a living. She came to Joe because her shoulder and low back were not healing despite everything she knew how to do. When they started working together, she said everything felt different because nobody had ever looked at her jaw, her diaphragm, which muscles were compensating and which ones had stopped working entirely.
If a chiropractor's body was misunderstood, any body can be.
The mini courses work because they isolate something the nervous system was not getting and give it the right input. That is real and it matters.
But your body does not operate in isolated parts.
Your breath affects your core. Your vision affects your balance. Your balance affects how your nervous system interprets safety. Your recovery affects how every other system functions the next day.
When one system is underperforming, another compensates. And that compensation is usually where you feel the pain, even though it is never where the problem started.
The mini courses address individual pieces of that pattern. Level 1 maps the whole pattern. System by system. So you stop guessing which piece to work on and start understanding how all of them relate.
The Breath Fix mini course introduced breath mechanics. Level 1 goes further. This module addresses breath as a structural input for the entire system and examines how your diaphragm function affects everything that comes after it in the program.
Most people think of the core as abs. It is not. Your intrinsic core is a deep system of muscles that stabilizes your spine and pelvis before movement even begins. When these muscles are not firing properly, everything above and below them compensates. This module identifies where that compensation is happening and resets it.
Your eyes drive your nervous system more than almost any other input. Where your eyes point, your body follows. When your visual system is under stress or poorly calibrated, your muscles respond by guarding and protecting. This module introduces targeted vision inputs that most practitioners never consider and that no mini course covers.
Balance is about how well your brain knows where you are in space. When that information is unclear, your body creates tension as a substitute for certainty. This module works directly with the systems that tell your brain where you are and whether it is safe to move.
Pain and tension are exhausting. So is the constant low-level vigilance of a nervous system that never fully feels safe. This module addresses recovery and regulation directly, giving your system the inputs it needs to downregulate from a state of protection and begin building a new baseline.
After five modules of targeted system resets, you retest a baseline that most people assume will not change. It does. This is often the most powerful moment in the entire program. The connection between all the systems becomes visible in a single test.
Where to go from here. How to use what you have built. What Level 2 adds to everything Level 1 established.
"Justin had been searching for answers for seven years. He saw a Harvard-trained sports medicine physician who charged 500 dollars and told him she had no idea what was going on. After 12 months working with Joe, he went from barely able to walk to running two miles. He started reading books again. He took up salsa dancing and basketball. He said he was functioning at five percent capacity and had no idea what one hundred percent felt like until it came back."
"I've had chronic pain for years and learned to live with it. Recently my back was worse than normal. With some touches and testing I got up off his table and walked around. That crazy pain in my back was gone."
"I've just learned to live with this, but I hate every minute of it. I'm always blown away with you."

You have been through the free experience and the mini courses and you felt something shift.
You want to understand the full framework, not just isolated wins.
Your scans are clear but you still hurt. Your pain moves or changes locations. You have tried stretching, rolling, strengthening, or breathing without lasting change.
You want to stop chasing symptoms and start understanding patterns.
You are looking for a passive quick fix. You want someone else to do the work for you. You are unwilling to test and retest.
This program requires participation. It rewards consistency.
The mini courses are a strong foundation and are recommended. Level 1 builds on the test, reset, retest framework you already know. If you have done the free experience and understand that framework, you are ready for Level 1.
Approximately 15 to 20 minutes per session, three to five times per week. The goal is consistency, not exhaustion

No. This is an educational program designed to help you apply structured resets and understand your body's responses.
Nothing changes. Temporary relief continues to cycle. Patterns repeat. Structure requires action.
If you complete the first 14 days of structured testing and resets and decide this program is not right for you, email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This program requires participation. If you engage with it and it is not a fit, you will not be penalized for trying.
